1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service Provider developer platform, APIs, or related services collectively, the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
2. Platform Access & Accounts
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials. You agree not to disclose your password or API keys to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
- Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions imposed by Service Provider.
- Use the Platform to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or disruptive elements.
- Use the Platform for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
4. Data & Privacy
Our use of any personal data you provide through the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of this information as detailed therein.
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Platform, called User Data. However, you grant Service Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, and display User Data as necessary to provide the Platform services.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease, and you must promptly destroy any cached or stored data obtained from the Platform.
